EULA - End User License Agreement

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and Softkhoz Studio. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software (as defined below), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install, copy, or use this software.

License.
Softkhoz Studio grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software free of charge.

Disclaimer Of Warranty.
This software is freeware, which means that it is provided free of charge on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should this software prove defective, you alone assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
Scope.
Provided that you are distributing the current version you are hereby granted permission to duplicate and distribute the program; give exact copies of the original software to anyone; and distribute the original software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
Title.
Ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in this software shall remain in Softkhoz Studio and/or its suppliers. The software is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content (hadiths) accessed through the software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.

Termination.
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of this software.
